Job Overview Job Title: Procurement & Packaging Executive Location: Ahmedabad Department : Supply Chain Employment Type : Full-time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Packaging Executive to manage packaging development, component localization, sustainability, innovation, and NPD projects. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams and suppliers to oversee packaging feasibility, testing, validation, artwork approvals, and technical compliance while ensuring timely project execution and product launches. Key Responsibilities

• Managing Packaging development team & Strategic decision for component localization.
• Project Management of specific packaging development / Sustainability / Innovation projects.
• Coordination of feasibility studies on Market design proposals; in conjunction with internal and external development partners, e.g. Purchasing, Manufacturing, Distribution & agreed supplier partners.
• Component supplier continues up-gradation with new technology & FG supplier filling packing validation.
• Approval of all relevant technical component drawings.
• Coordination, approval and reporting of all necessary packaging/product component testing, via the Product Testing and Scale-up team within R&D.
• Coordination, approval and reporting of all necessary filling line and transit trials.
• Creation and maintenance of packaging specifications & manage system administration.
• Technical approval of finished components.
• Management and resolution of relevant packaging related non-conformances.
• Coordination of packaging artworks and origination proof ("bromide") approvals necessary to complete the development of their brand or product packaging.
• Manage over all NPD projects & insure the launches on time. Key Skills & Competencies
• Good brand and decoration knowledge.
• Independent project driver & good team manager.
• Good Communication Skill in English (written & verbal).
• User knowledge in JD Edwards Added Advantage or Working Knowledge in any ERP software. Preferred Attributes
• Exposure to personal care or cosmetics product packaging development
• Strong understanding of packaging aesthetics, branding, and decoration techniques
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Results-oriented with strong execution capabilities
