• 5:00 PM, based at our warehouse in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, with great benefits. The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare, assemble, configure, and organize equipment in the warehouse so it is ready for installation and service. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment. This position requires the ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-focused atmosphere. Responsibilities:
• Assemble, set up, and prepare office equipment and related products in the warehouse.
• Prepare equipment for installation, including unpacking, inspecting, assembling, and staging products.
• Receive, organize, and process incoming equipment and supplies.
• Assist with order fulfillment and ensure equipment is prepared accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse and work area.
• Track equipment and materials and assist with inventory organization.
• Schedule and prioritize daily set-up and warehouse tasks.
• Inspect equipment for damage or missing components and report any issues.
• Follow established procedures for handling, assembling, and preparing equipment.
• Safely move and position equipment and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Dispatch teams as needed.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, vendors, and other Ford Office Technologies locations.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
• Perform other warehouse and equipment-related duties as assigned. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, equipment assembly, mechanical, or related experience preferred.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to safely move and handle equipment and materials.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills.
