Analista de BI Sênior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de BI Sênior based in Brazil. This is a senior-level Business Intelligence opportunity focused on transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. You will develop dashboards, reports, and data analyses while helping internal teams make smarter, more data-driven decisions. The role combines advanced SQL, data modeling, statistical analysis, and Power BI to deliver reliable and meaningful business intelligence solutions. You will also monitor the quality, stability, and accuracy of reporting environments, ensuring consistency between transactional systems and BI data. The position offers exposure to financial products and services within a collaborative environment focused on innovation, learning, and continuous improvement. You will play an important role in strengthening a data-driven culture by helping teams understand and use information more effectively. The position follows a remote model for professionals based outside the main office regions, while employees based in Porto Alegre or São Paulo work in a hybrid model with two office days per week.
