Sc AI
Solution Architect , you will translate supply-chain business needs into practical, agent-first solutions and help bring AI use cases from concept through production. Working with business process experts, delivery teams, Central IT, external partners, and a Senior Solution Architect, you will design and deliver solution components while growing toward independent ownership of increasingly complex work. Your role:
- Design solution components, agent workflows, integrations, and technical specifications for assigned use cases.
- Translate business-process needs into practical, agent-first solution designs in partnership with BPEs and delivery teams.
- Develop and demonstrate proofs of concept to validate feasibility, user value, and the technical approach.
- Support day-to-day backlog grooming, requirements clarification, estimation, and technical documentation.
- Support testing, defect resolution, release readiness, and hypercare through MVP productionization.
- Follow agreed architecture, security, reliability, and quality standards; identify risks and dependencies early.
- Contribute reusable design patterns, documentation, and lessons learned to the
Isc AI
capability.
- Work closely with the assigned Senior Solution Architect, actively seeking feedback and developing toward independent ownership of increasingly complex solution components.
- Partner effectively with business stakeholders, Central IT, and external delivery partners.
- Manage stakeholders at CG70 and CG80 levels. Success looks like:
- Assigned solution components are well designed, documented, tested, and delivered on time.
- POCs clearly demonstrate feasibility and inform scalable production-MVP designs.
- Day-to-day technical delivery progresses smoothly, with risks and dependencies surfaced early.
- Solution designs meet required architecture, security, reliability, and quality standards.
- MVP releases and hypercare are supported successfully.
- Reusable assets and lessons learned improve future use-case delivery.
- The architect steadily grows in technical depth, business understanding, and independent delivery ownership. You're the right fit if:
- You have experience in solution design, software engineering, automation, data, AI, or digital process transformation.
- Experience in one or more SCOR domains—Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, or Order—is preferred.
- You have strong analytical skills and can translate business problems into structured technical solutions.
- You are familiar with agile delivery, backlog grooming, testing, and production release activities.
- You have an interest in Agentic AI, process transformation, and supply-chain business domains.
- You can work collaboratively across business, IT, and external partners in a fast-moving environment.
- You bring strong communication skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn through hands-on mentoring. Compensation & Benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is € 61,185.00 – € 101,976.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for annual incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results.
