Drivers – Buffalo, NY Wolverine Trucking Offers:
- Ability to be home after every shift
- Available schedule: 6:00 p.m.
- 6:00 a.m. (night shift)
- Weekly pay
- Steady work, year round • $3,000.00 sign on bonus ($1,500.00 after successful completion of probationary period and $1,500.00 after 1 year of employment) At Wolverine we work for internal and external customers, so there is the potential to be constantly busy transporting bulk sand to a variety of locations. We offer competitive wages, a comprehensive group benefit program, and 401(K)-matching. We are currently searching for logistic professionals to complement our team in Buffalo, NY. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer truck.
- Haul various bulk sand material.
- Properly track and document activity log.
- Inspect truck before and after trip.
- Report any issues or incidents to operations manager. Skills and Requirements:
- Commercial driver's license (Class A) is mandatory.
- Minimum one-year truck driving experience under
Cdl a
license preferred.
- Experience with sand box hauling is preferred.
- Ability to drive tractor-trailer on multiple routes.
- Must be able to perform routine inspection of the vehicle.
- Acceptable drivers abstract.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Strong work ethic.
- Communicate effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends an asset. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen. #ZR
