Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: The Benefits Professional II administers and supports employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role performs intermediate-level benefits activities including enrollment, vendor coordination, and employee inquiries, while contributing to process improvements and special projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. • Administer employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.
- Coordinate enrollment, changes, and terminations within benefits systems and vendor platforms.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits options, eligibility, and claims.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and support benefits implementation or renewals.
- Maintain accurate benefits records and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in benefits communications, open enrollment processes, and wellness programs.
- Participate in benefits-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Education and Experience

- 2 to 4 years of experience in employee benefits administration or related HR function.
- Experience working with benefits systems and vendor management preferred.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements such as ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and ACA. CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred.
