Part-Time Home Health CNA

This position requires daily morning availability M-F. Roughly 15-20 hours per week. At First Choice Home Health & Hospice our patients and employees are the heart of everything we do. Pay and Benefits: Pay rate is from $19-25 an hour, DOE First Choice pays travel time & mileage reimbursement Responsibilities:

• Assists patients with their daily living activities
• Spends time assisting patients with grooming to help them feel great
• Works as part of the care team to help patients reach their goals and to be comforted
• Always maintains patient comfort & safety
• Attends case conference weekly to coordinate patient care with case manager & team Qualifications: Must be available daily Monday-Friday, beginning at 8 am. Active CNA license *Please only apply if you have an active license.
