Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Don't apply if you are not an OVER-ACHIEVER !! Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage key accounts in the assigned region
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and distributors
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for key clients
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall regional business growth Requirements Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospital Business (Pharma Sales)
- Proven track record in pharma sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts effectively Preferred Skills
- Experience specifically in pharma sector.
