- Assist customers in both English and Spanish throughout the vehicle purchase process
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Toyota vehicles
- Guide customers through test drives, financing options, and closing sales
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota models, features, and promotions
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and uphold Performance Toyota Fairfield’s reputation for excellence Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Driven, goal-oriented, and willing to learn
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
