This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, People based in United States. This is a senior People leadership role responsible for shaping a broad, scalable people strategy across a growing organization. You will partner closely with the Chief People Officer and executive leadership to translate business priorities into effective people programs. The scope spans Total Rewards, People Business Partners, HRIS and People Systems, Facilities, and Executive Administration. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders while developing future leaders within the People function. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, data-driven decision-making, and organizational leadership. You will help build consistent, compliant, and engaging employee experiences across teams in multiple countries. This is a high-visibility remote opportunity with exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape the future of the People organization.
