Job Description
Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. This role sits within the Fund Management platform focuses on asset management relating to the assets under Keppel
Dc Reit.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
- Assisting in related asset management activities and initiatives for the REIT.
- Liasing with stakeholders to conduct data centre related research, analysis and financial modelling.
- Other asset management related work scope Learning Outcomes:
- Learn the fundamentals of managing data centre assets in different jurisdictions.
- Gaining a broad exposure to opportunities in areas of internal / external stakeholders management, vendors and other asset level management teams

Reit Job Requirements
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business or Finance or other relevant degree with strong writing and numeric skills.• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.• Genuine interest in asset management & real estate• Good team player who is independent and can communicate effectively with others.
