Technical Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Summary

• Drive and execute sales planning and selling activities to assigned accounts and territories.
• Provide technical support to physicians during Cardiac Rhythm Management device implant and follow-up.
• Work as a team to support and achieve company's goals and directions. Job Responsibilities
• Perform Cardiac Rhythm Management product in-service and sales call to current and potential customers in assigned territories.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve annual plan, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territories with sales planning, revenue & market share tracking report as well as account customers profile in assigned accounts or territories.
• Provide technical support of Cardiac Rhythm Management products in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Provide training to doctors, nurses & healthcare professional.
• Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner as per company policy.
• Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
• Understand local government healthcare policy and market trend.
• Serve as back-up for other team members. Requirements: Education and Experience
• Willing to travel and work overtime.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.
• Excellent spoken and written English and local language skills.
• Qualifications at a degree level in a medical or business-related field required. The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
