And this is where you come in... The role of the Senior People Business Partner is to be a trusted advisor, partner and coach with senior leaders at all levels of the organization. The Senior People Business Partner brings a people lens to business decisions with confidence and sound judgement. This role is built for someone who is comfortable in ambiguity, moves fast, and knows how to turn insight into a drive for results. This role is a full-time, on-site position based 5 days a week at our Downtown Vancouver studio.
