Service Engineer

Madhus Garage Equipment Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in the automotive equipment industry , is looking for a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our growing service team. If you have a passion for automobiles, strong technical knowledge, and enjoy solving real-world challenges on-site, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and attend to customer service requests promptly.
• Install, service, and maintain garage equipment such as Wheel Aligners, Wheel Balancers, Tyre Changers, Lifts, and Bodyshop Equipment (Paint Booth, Welding Units, etc.).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and electronics systems .
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and demonstrations of equipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of service concerns.
• Maintain service records and ensure timely reporting.
• Travel within city and occasionally intercity for installations and service calls. Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with garage or automotive workshop equipment .
• Sound understanding of:
• Suspension systems, steering geometry, and vehicle dynamics.
• Engine basics, HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical & electronics fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi , and local language.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel (within and outside city).
• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
