Role Overview We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with strong SaaS experience to own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Kapture. This is a senior, hands-on role that also requires people/team leadership experience, working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to drive adoption and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging across the portfolio, ensuring differentiation in a competitive CRM/SaaS market
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature releases, from planning through execution
  • Partner closely with Product Management to translate roadmap and features into customer-facing value propositions
  • Develop sales enablement materials — battlecards, pitch decks, demo scripts, competitive intelligence — to support the sales team
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to continuously refine positioning and identify opportunities
  • Build and manage a small team of product marketers, setting goals, mentoring, and reviewing performance
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Content, and Design teams to plan integrated campaigns tied to product priorities
  • Define and track PMM metrics (adoption, win rates, sales cycle impact, campaign performance) and report to leadership
  • Act as a key voice of the customer internally, feeding insights back into product strategy Requirements
  • 7–8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with a significant portion in the SaaS/B2B software space
  • Demonstrated understanding of the full PMM function — positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and customer research
  • At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear customer value
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
  • Prior experience in CRM, customer experience, or adjacent B2B SaaS categories is a plus What Success Looks Like
