This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Medical Quality Control Manager based in the United States. This role provides nationwide oversight of healthcare quality, compliance, performance improvement, and clinical auditing programs across detention healthcare operations. You will help establish and maintain quality systems that promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and consistent standards of care. The position combines healthcare quality expertise, data analysis, auditing, accreditation readiness, and corrective action management. You will work closely with corporate and facility leadership, healthcare teams, and government stakeholders across geographically dispersed programs. The role offers significant scope to identify performance gaps, develop improvement strategies, and strengthen healthcare delivery through measurable quality initiatives. You will also support accreditation activities, government inspections, audits, investigations, and enterprise-wide healthcare improvements. With travel of up to 75%, this position is well suited to an organized quality professional who thrives in complex, highly regulated healthcare environments.
