Relationship Manager (maternity leave cover)

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Drive Client Success: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely problem resolution and exceptional service.
• Provide Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial and operational investigations across credit, foreign exchange, and cash management to deliver actionable insights and ensure client satisfaction.
• Support Senior Bankers: Act as a crucial partner in preparing strategic relationship reviews, managing client portfolios, and representing the banking team in client meetings.
• Ensure Compliance and Integrity: Masterfully navigate the Know Your Client (KYC) process, collaborating with Product and Relationship Management teams to ensure timely completion and adherence to the highest standards.
• Manage Credit Operations: Oversee the end-to-end credit lifecycle for key financial instruments like Standby Letters of Credit, from origination and approval to documentation and renewal.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue revenue opportunities by strategically positioning products, monitoring billing, and ensuring all earnings are appropriately recognized.
• Uphold Our Reputation: Embody our commitment to risk management and ethical conduct. You will assess risk in all business decisions, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and safeguard the firm, its clients, and its assets with transparency and integrity. What We're Looking For:
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles with a proven ability to analyze financial statements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of client relationship management, credit processes, and financial products.
• Direct experience with c redit analysis, loan structuring, and commercial lending theories.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate treasury models, cash management strategies, and complex legal documentation (e.g., ISDA/CSA, Letters of Comfort, etc.).
