We’re growing our Commercial Service team and are looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Service Technician . This is a commercial service and troubleshooting role, not a construction or installation position. The right candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, proven customer service experience, and the ability to independently diagnose and resolve electrical issues. Starting compensation is $38/hour and up, based on experience. What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, panels, and equipment in commercial and industrial environments
- Perform panel replacements, upgrades, repairs, and renovation work
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, sketches, and technical documentation
- Install wiring and conduit and perform electrical repairs in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards
- Evaluate job site conditions and independently determine appropriate corrective action
- Clearly explain findings and recommend appropriate repairs and upgrades to customers
- Complete required service documentation and maintain communication with customers and the Service team
- Safely operate and maintain a company-provided service vehicle What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years of commercial and/or industrial electrical service and troubleshooting experience
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Strong electrical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
