Significance, Inc. is seeking a DoD Financial Management Analyst to join our growing team supporting the Department of Defense. This position requires an acive Secret clearance and is expected to support a hybrid schedule with one(1) day onsite per week in Crystal City, VA. The DoD Financial Management Analyst – Business Analyst II provides financial management and analytical support to a Department of Defense program office, supporting cradle-to-grave budget execution and financial operations. This role assists with the preparation and execution of funding documents, including target loads, Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs), purchase requests, and other financial documentation supporting funds execution, tracking, reconciliation, and audit activities. The analyst will support the reconciliation of unobligated and unliquidated funds, research and analyze financial data, and maintain accurate financial records and documentation. The role will utilize key DoD financial and acquisition systems, including CCARS, CRIS, DTIM, Navy ERP, and the PIEE suite, to support effective financial management, reporting, and program decision-making.
