Brief Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and consultation during the pre-sales process.
- Understand customer requirements, analyze needs, and propose suitable solutions from Matrix's product portfolio.
- Conduct product demonstrations, POCs (Proof of Concept), and technical presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop competitive proposals and ensure solution feasibility.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical documentation and solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest product features and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally, as needed. Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Relevant experience in a technical pre-sales role, preferably in telecom, security, or IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise communication, security, and network solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams
