This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Business Development
- Southwest Region based in the United States. The Director of Business Development will lead new business development while strengthening long-term relationships with existing clients and strategic partners. This role owns the sales lifecycle from lead generation through conversion and ongoing account growth. You will develop and execute sales strategies, pursue significant revenue opportunities, and manage complex national accounts. The position combines consultative selling, technical knowledge, relationship management, and commercial negotiation within the life sciences and pharmaceutical outsourcing market. You will work closely with project management, marketing, leadership, and other sales professionals to identify opportunities and deliver value to clients. The role requires autonomy, strong business judgment, frequent client interaction, and travel across the United States.
