- Monitor alarms before/after business hours (off-peak) hours and operate critical facility infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical systems, to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operations.
- Perform or Escort vendors in preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on critical equipment in accordance with approved procedures and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and system checks, promptly identifying and escalating abnormalities, faults, or operational risks.
- Support incident response and troubleshooting activities, assisting in fault diagnosis, equipment recovery, and restoration of normal operations.
- Maintain compliance with safety, operational, and permit-to-work requirements, ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to established procedures. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • ดำเนินการเอง หรือควบคุมดูแล (Escort) ผู้ให้บริการ (Vendors) ในการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน การบำรุงรักษาแก้ไข และการบำรุงรักษาฉุกเฉินสำหรับอุปกรณ์สำคัญ ให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนที่ได้รับอนุมัติและแผนการบำรุงรักษา • ดำเนินการตรวจสอบตามระยะเวลา การทดสอบ และการเช็กระบบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ พร้อมทั้งชี้แจงและรายงานส่งต่อ (Escalate) ความผิดปกติ ข้อขัดข้อง หรือความเสี่ยงต่อการปฏิบัติงานโดยทันที • สนับสนุนการรับมือกับเหตุการณ์ขัดข้องและกิจกรรมแก้ไขปัญหา (Troubleshooting) โดยช่วยในการวินิจฉัยข้อผิดพลาด การกู้คืนระบบ/อุปกรณ์ และการฟื้นฟูระบบให้กลับมาปฏิบัติงานได้ตามปกติ • กำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย ข้อกำหนดการปฏิบัติงาน และใบอนุญาตเข้าทำงาน (Permit-to-work) พร้อมทั้งดูแลความถูกต้องของเอกสาร การรายงาน และการปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนดไว้อย่างเคร่งครัด #s-premium INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
