The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical, instrumentation, and process control systems throughout the facility.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical equipment including motors, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, sensors, transmitters, and control devices.
- Install, calibrate, test, and commission instrumentation and automation equipment to maintain operational efficiency and process reliability.
- Support production operations by responding to equipment breakdowns, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Maintain and update electrical schematics, loop drawings, control diagrams, P&IDs, and maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize CMMS systems to document maintenance activities, equipment history, calibration records, and spare parts usage.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, food safety, and quality standards while promoting a safe working environment.
- Communicate equipment status, maintenance priorities, and shift handoff information clearly and effectively with team members. What Makes You the Right Fit
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical training in Electrical, Instrumentation, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical and instrumentation systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of PLCs, HMI systems, motor controls, process automation equipment, and industrial networks.t.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control drawings, and P&IDs.
- Understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and process control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
- Ability and willingness to work a permanent night shift schedule of Wednesday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. How You Would Stand Out
- Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in food, ingredients, chemical, or process manufacturing environments.
