Job Description – Collection Team Leader Position: Collection Team Leader Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience: Relevant experience in Collection / Recovery / Banking / NBFC preferred Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of collection executives.
- Handle NPA cases and bucket-wise collection cases.
- Monitor and manage 30+ days and 90+ days ageing accounts.
- Ensure timely collection and recovery from overdue customers.
- Track daily team performance and collection targets.
- Allocate cases to team members and follow up on collection status.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for pending/overdue payments.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly collection and ageing reports.
- Monitor DPD (Days Past Due) and bucket movement.
- Identify high-risk accounts and take appropriate follow-up actions.
- Motivate the team and ensure achievement of assigned collection targets.
- Escalate critical or difficult cases to the senior management team.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company collection policies. Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in NPA, bucket collection, recovery or field/tele-calling collection.
- Good understanding of 30+ and 90+ days ageing / overdue cases.
- Previous team handling or Team Leader experience preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of managing a collection team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and collection MIS will be an advantage. Interested Candidates can contact
