Position Summary The HR & Payroll Assistant is a key member of the Human Resources team, reporting directly to the HR Manager and supporting the day-to-day execution of HR, payroll, and office operations. This role plays an important part in delivering an exceptional employee experience by supporting the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate HR records, assisting with payroll administration, coordinating leave and workers' compensation processes, and ensuring HR operations remain organized, compliant, and efficient. As a central resource for employees, visitors, and internal teams, the HR & Payroll Assistant also helps coordinate daily office operations and provides administrative support that keeps our headquarters running smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
