- Welcome clients + pets with energy and professionalism
- Handle high call volume, emails, and texts
- Schedule appointments + manage accurate records
- Communicate clearly about pet care, vaccines, and treatments
- Process payments and keep day-to-day tasks running smoothly
- Keep the lobby clean, organized, and inviting What You Bring
- 2+ years client service experience ( vet experience = big plus )
- Strong multitasking skills + attention to detail
- A friendly, bubbly personality
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment The Reality
- On your feet, moving, multitasking most of the day
- Lifting up to 30 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally)
