We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Development to lead product technical management and execution across our complexion, lip, cheek, and eye categories. This role will work closely with Product Development, R&D, Quality, Operations, and external manufacturing partners to manage development submissions and batches, drive on-site approvals, and ensure formulas, shades, and production output meet our approved standards. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for color, texture, and product aesthetics, deep expertise in cosmetic batch review and production processes, and the organizational rigor to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously in a fast-paced development environment.
