This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Product Development based in Netherlands. This newly created leadership role owns the full journey from customer insight to a successful physical consumer product. You will determine what to build, why it matters, how it should be designed, and how it should perform in the market. The role combines customer research, product development, manufacturing, pricing and commercial decision-making. You will work closely with overseas factories and guide products through specifications, quality standards, launch and continuous improvement. Using customer evidence and performance data, you will decide which opportunities to pursue, improve, redesign or stop. You will also lead a product team, establish priorities and improve the quality of research and decision-making. This is a fully remote position with required working-hour overlap from 9 AM to 1 PM Eastern Time.
