The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for Spring 2026 . Our fall season takes place during May. Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. Selling at graduations). Financial:
- Set hourly pay of $15/hour
- Discretionary bonus for hitting sales goals Qualifications:
- Availability during the first two weeks of May
- Valid driver's license
- Provide own means of transportation to our office
- Freshman, sophomore or junior in college
- Open to traveling for extended periods of time
- Reliable and responsible
- Discipline to wake up early
- Stamina to work consecutively long days
- Organizational skills
- Effective member of a team
- Contribute towards sales goals
- Positive attitude throughout the day

- Driven and motivated Responsibilities:
- Traveling throughout your region to sell various commemorative items at commencements
- Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
- Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
- Setting up retail kiosks at commencements
- Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
- Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
- Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site Benefits
