Job Role: Product Manager – Supply Chain & Operations You should apply if you have:
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, logistics-tech, quick commerce, retail-tech, or supply-chain SaaS.
- Experience owning operational or platform products from discovery to launch and impact measurement.
- Strong problem-solving and product discovery skills, with the ability to identify root causes and translate operational challenges into scalable product solutions.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Operations, Design, QA, and external technology partners.
- A data-driven approach to product decisions and prioritization.
- Good understanding of warehouse, logistics, inventory, OMS/WMS, fulfillment, or supply-chain workflows. You should not apply if you:
- Are looking primarily for an integration coordination or project coordination role rather than end-to-end product ownership.
- Prefer working only on requirements provided by stakeholders without independently identifying and solving problems.
- Are uncomfortable working closely with Operations and Engineering teams.
- Prefer building manual processes instead of scalable, technology-driven solutions.
- Do not enjoy working with complex operational workflows, dependencies, and edge cases. Skills Required:
- Product discovery and problem-solving

- API, integrations, webhooks, data flows, and system dependencies
- UAT, product rollout, and adoption
- Vendor and technology partner management
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of warehouse, logistics, inventory, OMS/WMS, and fulfillment processes What will you do?
- Own the product vision and roadmap for warehouse, logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and supply-chain technology.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact operational problems based on business value, customer impact, operational impact, scalability, and engineering effort.
- Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory, Customer Support, Business, Engineering, Design, and QA teams to understand problems and build scalable solutions.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and validate requirements using operational data, user feedback, and process analysis.
- Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and detailed product requirements.
- Define edge cases, dependencies, exception flows, and fallback scenarios.
- Drive initiatives end-to-end — from discovery → prioritization → build → launch → adoption → impact measurement .
- Own UAT and ensure products work effectively in real operational scenarios.
- Partner with Engineering and QA through development, testing, rollout, and stabilization.
- Work with external WMS, logistics, courier, and supply-chain technology partners.
- Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, risks, and progress to leadership and operational teams.
- Drive initiatives across areas such as:
- Multi-warehouse order allocation
- Inventory reservation and ATP
- WMS workflows
- Inventory synchronization and reconciliation
- EDD and delivery promise
- Shipment tracking
- NDR/RTO workflows
- Darkstore fulfillment
- Warehouse productivity tools
- Returns and inventory restoration
