  • National Key Account Management: Manage and develop strategic relationships with assigned pharmacy key accounts across KSA, ensuring alignment on business objectives and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key decision-makers, particularly category managers and stakeholders within the beauty and derma categories, leveraging strong knowledge of the Saudi pharmacy-chain landscape.
  • Sales & Business Growth: Deliver sales objectives by developing and executing account plans that strengthen business performance and expand the portfolio across assigned customers.
  • Joint Business Planning: Develop account-specific Joint Business Plans (JBPs), including sales objectives, promotional calendars, trade activities, visibility initiatives, and growth opportunities.
  • Commercial Management & Negotiation: Lead customer negotiations and effectively manage key commercial elements including rebates, promotions, marketing activities, trade investments, and commercial terms to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Portfolio Management: Drive the performance, distribution, and visibility of the full portfolio across assigned pharmacy chains.
  • In-store Execution: Partner closely with the pharmacy field team to drive product availability, visibility, recommendation, merchandising standards, and promotional execution across assigned accounts.
  • Business Analysis & Performance Monitoring: Analyze account performance, sell-in/sell-out, stock levels, promotional effectiveness, and other commercial KPIs to identify opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Forecasting & Demand Planning: Provide accurate account-level forecasts and collaborate with internal teams to ensure appropriate stock availability and support customer demand.
  • Account Strategy: Develop clear account strategies and actionable growth plans supported by strong stakeholder mapping and a deep understanding of each customer's business.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and field teams to ensure effective execution and a unified “One Galderma” approach toward customers.
  • Market & Competitor Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, customer dynamics, category trends, and developments within the Saudi pharmacy market to identify new opportunities and potential business risks.
  • Business Reviews & Reporting: Prepare regular account reviews and management presentations, translating business data into clear insights and recommendations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Travel & Customer Engagement: Regularly visit assigned pharmacy-chain customers across Saudi Arabia, with travel required based on customer and business needs.
  • Ensure full compliance with Galderma's legal, ethical, and compliance standards, as well as applicable local laws, regulations, and internal policies. What We're Looking For
  • Saudi national.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience managing pharmacy-chain/key accounts in Saudi Arabia.
  • Established relationships with pharmacy-chain stakeholders and category managers, ideally within beauty, skincare, derma, consumer health, or related categories.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with strong commercial experience across negotiations, promotions, trade investments, commercial terms, and Joint Business Planning.
  • Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate account data into business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and field teams.
