- Linux and Open Source based in India. This role offers the opportunity to help shape the future of Linux and open source software through the adoption of Rust across system-level technologies. You will design and deliver high-quality software while helping identify areas where Rust can improve the reliability, security, and maintainability of existing systems. Working in a fully distributed engineering environment, you will collaborate with colleagues and open source communities across time zones. The position combines hands-on software development with technical advocacy, architectural thinking, and engineering leadership. You will contribute across a broad technology landscape, from system services and embedded software to desktop and cloud-related capabilities.
