Job Description – Assistant Manager – Catalogue (ERPNext) Position Details Department Operations / Supply Chain / Product Management Experience 2–3 Years | Full-time Location: Hyderabad Job Summary Responsible for creating, maintaining, and governing product master data in ERPNext, ensuring accurate Item Masters, SKUs, BOMs, Product Variants, and catalogue information while supporting cross-functional teams and maintaining data integrity. Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Item Masters, SKUs, Product Variants and product catalogues.
  • Create, update and control BOMs and revisions & maintain BOM history.
  • Maintain product specifications, attributes and standardized naming. Manage product lifecycle, master data and ERP records.
  • Validate data, prevent duplicates and ensure SOP compliance.
  • Perform bulk uploads, audits and reporting & ensure duplicate SKUs are eliminated.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Finance and Quality. Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engg, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
  • 2–3 years in Catalogue/Master Data/ERP Operations.
  • ERPNext experience preferred; Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution/E-commerce experience advantageous. Technical Skills.
  • ERPNext or similar ERP
  • Item Master, SKU, BOM, Item master & Product Variant Management, Inventory concepts.
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query preferred)
  • CSV import/export, inventory & manufacturing concepts Functional knowledge & Core Competencies
  • Inventory Management & Supply chain basics.
  • Manufacturing workflows & Product lifecycle management.
  • Material Coding Standards, UOM conversions & Product categorization.
  • Attention to detail & Analytical thinking.
  • Communication & collaboration.
  • Ownership, Time management & Problem-solving
