Job Title : Shipping and Receiving Operator Reporting To: Operations Manager Work Schedule: Onsite – Dublin, IRL Key Responsibilities Goods Receiving & Inspection

• Receive and verify incoming deliveries from customers and suppliers.
• Inspect incoming goods for damage, quantity accuracy, and correct identification.
• Review aerospace documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Verify material certification and traceability requirements.
• Accurately record and process incoming materials in accordance with company procedures.
• Report discrepancies, damage, or non-conformances in accordance with company procedures. Storage & Inventory Control
• Ensure materials and components are stored safely and accurately.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product traceability at all times.
• Support stock control activities and inventory audits.
• Ensure materials are correctly labelled and identified.
• Handle and store hazardous materials in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements. Shipping & Dispatch
• Prepare materials, components, and finished products for shipment.
• Ensure products are packaged in accordance with aerospace, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Generate and verify shipping documentation and labels.
• Coordinate shipments with approved couriers and freight providers.
• Ensure all export and shipping documentation is completed accurately. Quality, Safety & Compliance
• Adhere to company quality procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain full traceability of aerospace materials and components.
• Support internal and external audit activities as required.
• Follow Environmental, Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and stores function. Qualifications & Experience Essential
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, stores, or material handling environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials in accordance with company procedures. Desirable
• Experience within aviation, aerospace, medical device, manufacturing, semiconductor, warehousing, logistics, distribution, or other regulated industries.
• Understanding of aerospace traceability requirements.
• Forklift licence or previous forklift operating experience.
• Experience with export compliance requirements and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management processes.
• Experience working within a quality-regulated environment.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems. What We Offer

• Travel Requirements: Candidates should be able to reliably commute to our Ballyboughal, North County Dublin facility. Due to the location of the site, access to personal transportation is highly desirable.
