Role Overview As a Pilot Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the flight/pilot control system for our eVTOL aircraft. This role requires a strong project management background, technical expertise, and proficiency in supplier management. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans for the flight/pilot control system, defining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, avionics, and software development, to ensure project alignment.
- Identify and engage with external suppliers for components related to the pilot control system.
- Monitor supplier performance, address any issues promptly, and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the testing and validation activities for the flight/pilot control system.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to ensure project success. Essential Skills
- Strong understanding of flight/pilot control systems and their integration into aircraft.
- Experience in supplier management and procurement processes.
- Experience with certification activities, such as ARP4754/ ARP4761 compliance Desirable
- Experience in human interface design
- Understanding of avionics, flight control systems, and relevant aerospace technologies.
- Experience in identifying, selecting, and managing external suppliers for aerospace components. Type of Employment

- Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours, amounting to JPY 197,680
