Description Patient Coordinator – Dream Dental Goodlettsville, Tennessee Dream Dental is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our team! We are a well-established, fast-paced practice with a large, loyal patient base, and we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional patient experience every day. What We Offer:

- Minimum 1 year of dental office experience required
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, treatment planning, or check-in/check-out is a plus
- Reliability and professionalism are a must Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Verify insurance and assist with financial discussions
- Support the front office team to ensure an efficient and smooth day

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent of combination of education and experience. FLSA Status: Hourly Reports to: Operations Manager.
