• Monitor, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems and utility equipment.
• Maintain steam generation, compressed air, water distribution, condensate return, and related utility systems.
• Install, inspect, and repair utility equipment using the proper tools and testing equipment.
• Complete maintenance documentation and CMMS/SAP work orders accurately.
• Support preventative maintenance initiatives to ensure reliable operation.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements.
• Respond to equipment issues and support emergency repairs when necessary.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to keep operations running efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations. What We're Looking For
• 6 months of mechanical maintenance experience, OR
• Graduate of an industrial maintenance training program.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and emergency call-ins when needed.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements The successful candidate must be able to:
• Lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods during a shift.
• Reach overhead and work at various heights.
• Climb stairs and access equipment safely.
• Work in wet environments and temperatures as low as 10°F.

• Minimum of 6 months of mechanic work experience documented in the work history section of the application or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 6 months).
