Responsible for renewing and extending memberships for existing members, promoting membership upgrades (Gold/Platinum), reactivating expired memberships, and selling additional Interval International programs while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires Portuguese language proficiency to effectively support Portuguese-speaking members. Key Responsibilities:
- Contact members to renew memberships.
- Promote membership upgrades and premium programs.
- Reactivate expired memberships.
- Achieve monthly sales and renewal targets.
- Respond to member inquiries regarding products and services.
- Provide daily sales reports and maintain accurate records. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Portuguese proficiency (written and verbal).
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, call center, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.
