As a Technology Support Associate your work will be more than troubleshooting technology for our residents, you'll be bringing confidence and security to our residents, helping to CREATE home by enabling them to use tools and technologies to improve their quality of life. Oaknoll is seeking a part-time Technology Support Associate to join our team on a temporary basis. The position is for approximately 4 hours a week, with the position ending effective 10/31/2026. Responsibilities for this position include responding to inquiries from residents across all Oaknoll campuses, resolving simple hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth daily operation of technology systems throughout the community, performing routine maintenance tasks such as installing updates and replacing batteries, and assisting with the set up and tear down of A/V equipment as needed for meetings and events. • Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates must have a valid Iowa driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Candidates must display knowledge of cosumer computing and electronic products.
• Candidates must have some knowledge of Microsoft Office products, streaming platforms, and email providers.
• Candidates must have some knowledge of audio/video wiring and systems.
• Candidates should display good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
