Talent & People Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent & People Specialist based in France. This is a versatile People role combining talent acquisition with HR operations in a fast-growing, fully remote SaaS environment. You’ll play a direct part in building high-performing teams, with around 40 hires expected each year across Tech, Product, Data, Growth, Finance, and other functions. The role covers the full employee journey, from candidate engagement and hiring through onboarding, HR administration, and key employee moments. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the wider People team to create a smooth, transparent, and engaging candidate and employee experience. There is significant scope to improve processes, automate workflows, strengthen HR systems, and introduce new tools and AI-enabled solutions.
