- And make it happen! Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAM Programmer/CNC Operator to join our production team. This is a "hands-on" technical role requiring a candidate who can bridge the gap between digital toolpath programming and physical machine execution. will be responsible for the end-to-end process: from reading drawings and programming in PTC Creo, to setting up workpieces and ensuring final part accuracy. Key Responsibilities :
- Programming: Develop high-efficiency toolpaths using PTC Creo. (Proficiency in PowerMill, NX, or Catia is also highly valued).
- Technical Coding: Perform manual G-code/M-code programming and troubleshooting using ISO Language.
- Setup & Execution: Prepare, mount, and "Zero-in" workpieces (including specialty materials like Plaster).
- Quality Assurance: Interpret engineering drawings and perform self-inspections using precision tools such as micrometers and dial indicator clocks.
- Maintenance: Ensure machine longevity by performing daily cleaning, lubrication, and oiling of CNC equipment. Requirements:
- Software Expertise: Proven experience with Creo, or equivalent high-end CAM software.
- Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.
- Metrology Skills: Mastery of manual measurement tools (Micrometers, Dial Gauges).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of

programming and machine shop safety.
