- Team Management: Assigns daily tasks, trains new workers, and handles performance reviews.
- Maintenance Planning: Runs preventive maintenance programs. This stops surprise machine breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting: Helps technicians find complex problems in big systems like chillers, boilers, and building controls.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforces rules like OSHA guidelines and EPA laws for handling gases.
