Description of Task to be Performed: Provide Tier 2 network operations support across enterprise locations, including network configuration, troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and root cause analysis for routers, switches, and cryptographic devices. Support network upgrades, installations, technical refreshes, site surveys, and new/enhanced network implementations. Develop network SOPs, implement STIG requirements, and provide technical resolution support for critical network outages. Work independently to resolve complex network problems with limited supervision, including at remote locations.
