Language: Complete fluency in Marathi (spoken and written) for conducting interactive workshops and localized case studies. Experience: 7+ years of experience in executive coaching, civil service training (UPSC/MPSC), or government capacity-building programs, Director of of schools. Background: Former Civil Servants (IAS/MPSC), retired school leaders/ /tribal department officials, or senior policy academician.

Engagement Details

Format: Interactive workshops, real-world scenario simulations, and case-study discussions. Location: In-person sessions in Lonavla, Maharashtra.
