Summary: As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of processes to drive successful project outcomes. - Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient data pipelines and architectures.
- Experience in optimizing performance and ensuring reliability of software solutions.
- Familiarity with collaborative development tools and version control systems. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
