Your New role- The role of a Pega Lead System Architect will have a strong focus placed on analysis and engineering aspects of the Pega Platform. Prepare solution designs that will deliver to a diverse range of business areas within the bank. Lead and assist team through end to end project delivery lifecycle i.e requirements, design, development, testing and maintenance.

• Capable of technically leading multiple squads in delivery of customer focused, integrated solutions.
• Component based; reusable architecture should be core of the solutions they provide.
• Own the governance of the application build and ensuring delivery and Pega guardrails are adhered to.
• They will provide critical thinking and a high degree of technical innovation and attention to detail while being recognized as a trusted advisor to the team and stakeholders.
• As well as the technical skills we are looking for someone who is a great communicator, solutions driven and thrives in working in a team to achieve the project goals. What you'll bring-
• It is expected that the role holder will most likely have the following qualifications and experience:
• 8+ years of Pega Platform experience on software development and delivery for client deliverables:
• Experience using the latest version of Pega i.e Version 8 and above
• Experience in full Pega implementation cycle using agile methodology
