Experience
- 3+ Years Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
- Create and modify Revit families, parametric components, and BIM content as required.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure accurate model development.
- Perform clash detection and coordination with relevant disciplines to resolve model conflicts.
- Conduct self-QC checks to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
- Prepare 2D drawings, shop drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules from BIM models.
- Update BIM models based on design revisions, client comments, and coordination feedback.
- Manage model files, work sets, and project deliverables using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360 , and other CDE platforms.
- Complete assigned tasks within project timelines while maintaining required productivity and quality standards.
- Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, BIM Managers, Architects, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliverables. Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit – Architecture .
- Good understanding of BIM workflows, architectural modeling, documentation, and coordination .
- Experience creating and editing Revit families and parametric content .
- Knowledge of clash detection and multidisciplinary BIM coordination .
- Familiarity with ACC/BIM 360 and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform independent quality checks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively within project deadlines.
