Offline Trainer

Brief Job Description

The Sr. Executive – Offline Training (KEYSOUL)(Only female candidates) will be responsible for conducting on-ground training sessions to promote product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales conversion for KEYSOUL products. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills to train Associate Buyers, store teams, and local leaders in regional languages. The trainer will play a key role in driving product awareness, conducting demonstrations, and supporting business growth through training-led market engagement. The role requires frequent travel within the assigned region and close coordination with the business development team to execute training and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

Training Execution

• Conduct offline training sessions for Associate Buyers, store teams, and leaders.
• Deliver engaging product training sessions focusing on KEYSOUL categories such as personal care, hygiene, cosmetics, and lingerie.
• Ensure participants gain practical knowledge of product usage, benefits, and selling techniques.
• Conducting online sessions as and when needed. (Sunday’s need based)
• Strong adaptability required based upon the strong organizational dynamics and changing consumer needs. Product Demonstration & Education
• Conduct live product demonstrations during training sessions and events.
• Educate participants on product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Support new product launch training programs. Community Engagement Activities
• Conduct engagement activities such as Kitty Party sessions, product awareness programs, and community meetings .
• Encourage product trials and build customer interest through interactive sessions. Sales Support through Training
• Support the business team in converting training sessions into product sales.
• Promote KEYSOUL product combos and special offers during training sessions.
• Encourage participants to actively recommend and sell KEYSOUL products. Field Visits
• Visit stores, depots, and local leaders to provide product knowledge support.
• Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and gather feedback. Language-Based Market Training
• Deliver training sessions in Tamil to effectively engage local audiences. to effectively engage local audiences.(Kannada/Telugu will be preferred)
• Ensure product messaging is clearly communicated to regional participants. Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain records of training sessions conducted including attendance, feedback, and sales impact.
• Submit monthly MIS reports on training activities and market engagement.
• Share market insights and participant feedback with the training manager.

Skills Required

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to confidently conduct group training sessions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage diverse audiences
• Basic understanding of beauty, personal care, and hygiene products
• Ability to travel extensively within the region

Experience Required

• 2–5 years experience in training, sales promotion, or field engagement roles
• Experience in cosmetics, personal care, beauty, or direct selling industry preferred
• Experience in conducting group training sessions or product demonstrations is an advantage

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline Certification in beauty, grooming, or training will be an added advantage.
