About the Role: We are seeking a strategic, systems-minded problem solver to help shape how our go-to-market organization operates across process and technology. This role will serve as a key partner to the Director of Employer Solutions Technology & Architecture, working across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to understand current-state processes, identify opportunities for improvement, translate business needs into system requirements, design scalable future-state solutions, and support cross-functional technology initiatives. The ideal candidate combines business process improvement, technology curiosity, systems thinking, and project management skills. They are comfortable moving from an ambiguous business problem to a clearly defined process and solution strategy.
