Licensed Outpatient Counselor

You will play a direct role in helping individuals and families build healthier, more stable lives through assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment. We are currently offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for this position. What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and relapse prevention support
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Meet productivity expectations through direct service hours
• Provide psychoeducation and connect clients with community resources
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical meetings and supervision

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Active Washington State license, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or associate level equivalent
• Experience providing outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Strong documentation skills and ability to manage a full caseload

• Associate Licensed Clinician: $34.65 to $42.08/hour
• Fully Licensed Clinician: $41.14 to $46.35/hour
• Incentive Bonus
